Project Brief

We were appointed as the main contractor and project supervisor for St Conleth’s College. The project comprised of the installation of a new 2nd floor which was built on top of the existing roof of the school, the installation of two new stairwells and provision for a lift. This addition enables St. Conleth’s to provide a happy, healthy and safe environment where students can develop and learn.

The Results

As part of the contract, we also carried out a large refurbishment of the existing school. The time constraints for this particular project proved challenging for our team, as the project commenced in May and the deadline for substantial completion was September in order to coincide with the start of the new academic year. Following the successful completion of this project for our valued client, we have since been appointed to complete numerous contracts.
