Project Brief

We were contracted to complete the construction of this two-storey motor sales outlet for Toyota on behalf of the Killeen Motor Group. This state-of-the-art Toyota Motor Showroom is situated in Liffey Valley, Dublin. The construction comprised of a 3000m² motor showroom. The ground floor showcases a service workshop, parts store and customer services facilities. The first-floor features office spaces with amenity facilities.

The Results

The outlet consisted of a steel portal frame which was cladded with Kingspan cladding and an extensive glazing to the front elevation. We also provided a specialist interior fit out and a substantial M&E package for this extensive project. This showroom was constructed on a brown field site and was completed in less than 25 weeks, which enabled Toyota to trade prior to the busy Christmas and New Year period.
