We were selected as main contractors and project supervisor to carry out refurbishment works to existing Bank of Ireland branches nationwide as part of their Future Branch Model (FBM). We completed in excess of 20 of these fast track fit out projects. These FBM works consisted of the removal of redundant fitted furniture, mechanical and electrical systems in order to accommodate new office layouts.
We also refurbished existing offices, installed glass partitions, replaced wall finishes, and replaced floor finishes as well as rearranging the banking hall. The works were carried out over a series of weekends, usually two or three weekend blocks, from the time the branch closed on a Friday evening until it re-opened on Monday morning. It was imperative that the general publics’ use of the bank was not interrupted and that normal banking hours were in operation. Robert Quinn’s experienced project management team delivered exceptional results for our valued customer.
