The Waterfront Offices, Mill Lane, Co. Carlow.

This development consisted of the construction of 4,600 m2 of office space over four levels. These unique office blocks offer a single storey basement car park. This project involved the construction of a secant pile wall around the perimeter of the basement and complete tanking of the floor and walls to the basement. The basement is 2 metres below the level of the adjoining river.

The building overlooks the banks of the river Barrow and the bridge of Graiguecullen, it situated in the centre of Carlow Town opposite Carlow Castle, in order to preserve the view of the castle the development was broken into two blocks at the design stage. This created a central plaza, which is a landscaped vista between the office blocks and also serves as an entrance to both the office blocks, our offices are located in this building. This fully contemporary office complex provides modern technology and design elements to cater for a healthy and functional office environment.
